Saudi Arabia resumes Visa on-Arrival for US, UK, Schengen visa holders
The authorities in Saudi Arabia has resumed issuing visas on arrival for United States (US), United Kingdom (UK) and Schengen valid visa holders last week, if they qualify for an e-visa, confirmed Saudi Press Agency (SPA). Follow Saudi Expatriates
The decision of allowing these visa holders to get a 12-month tourist visa upon arrival to Saudi Arabia, comes 3 weeks after the Kingdom lifted most corona restrictions.
- US, UK or Schengen visa holders are eligible for the visa upon arrival to the Kingdom, given that their visa has been used at least once and on condition that they travel through anyone of Saudi Arabia's national airlines, Saudia, Flynas or Flyadeal. - All travelers must hold a valid health insurance that covers Corona virus expenses, adding that travelers can purchase a health insurance plan from all airports in Saudi Arabia upon arrival.
- Citizens of the other eligible countries for e-visa program, can also get a visa on arrival, regardless of the airline they are traveling with.
- Saudi Arabia scrapped most of its corona restrictions including an outdoor mask. The Kingdom has also dropped the requirement of negative PCR certificate, institutional or home quarantine from 6th March 2022. Recommend : Jawazat lists travel service to Iraq through Absher Tawasul service
