Ministry of Health announces 2nd Booster dose for the age group of 50 years and above
The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia announced that second booster dose is now available for those who are of 50 years or above for those who wish, after completing 8 months of taking the first booster dose.
The Ministry explained that it is possible to book an appointment to take the second booster dose through Sehhaty application at http://onelink.to/yjc3nj
- Saudi Arabia's government has provided over 64,177,723 doses of corona vaccine all over the Kingdom through its 587 vaccination centers. Of them first booster doses are 13,003,327 doses. See Also : Saudi Arabia approves Moderna vaccine for children of age group of 6 to 11 years
- While the first doses are 26,419,732 and second doses are 24,754,754 and the elderly people received 1,957,289 doses of vaccine against corona virus.
- Earlier Today, the Ministry of Health announced 106 new corona cases, 187 recoveries and 3 deaths in the last 24 hours. After this the total corona cases in Saudi Arabia reaches to 753,632 of them 741,058 recovered with 9,082 deaths.
- Active corona cases in the Kingdom is now at 3,492 of them 45 are critical. So far the Ministry of Health has performed 41,849,069 corona tests since the beginning of the pandemic in the Kingdom. Read : Saudi Arabia arrests number of beggars in Makkah and Grand Mosque
