All documented work contracts are being transferred to Qiwa and this is what will happen after 12th May
The Qiwa platform of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia announced that the work contracts will be approved and documented only on its platform, starting from 12th May, Qiwa platform approved for documenting and approving work contracts.
The Qiwa platform explained that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development is working with all relevant government departments to unify efforts and to ease the journey of employee registration, documenting and implementing work contracts in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice and registering employees in the GOSI through unified platform for the strong Business sector. - The platform added that the work is currently underway to gradually transfer all contracts documented in the GOSI, as well as Madad platform to the Qiwa platform. With Qiwa all the work contracts becomes clearer and more reliable because of priority in documenting contract.
- Earlier this, Qiwa said that the inclusion of a contract documentation and management service is to address the problem of drafting, managing and documenting the functional contract, which is the common link between companies and individuals, in an effort to preserve the rights of employees and companies.
