Extension of Visit visa must be before the Expiry date of the visa - Saudi Jawazat
The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia confirmed that the instructions require compliance with visa regulations and departure from the Kingdom before the visa expires. See Also : It is not permitted to perform Hajj rituals on Saudi Visit visa
This came as an response from Jawazat to an inquiry from one of the resident, who said that he is trying to extend a family visa, but it is rejected and that the duration of visa after the extension exceeds the permissible limit.

- Earlier this, Jawazat revealed the requirements for extending visit visa, one of the main thing is that the visa to be extended must be valid, with one week or less days remaining in its validity.
- Jawazat highlighted another requirements of extending visa, the necessity of the absence of traffic violations on the visitor, presence of visitor inside the Kingdom, passport of the visitor must be valid and the payment of visa extension fee.
