Job Transfer service is in accordance with the Contracts documented between Employer and Worker


The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia restated the regulations of the job mobility service in the Kingdom. Job mobility service organizes job transfers for expats from one company to another. Like and Follow Saudi Expatriates on Facebook







The Ministry said that job mobility service is carried out in accordance with the contracts documented between two parties (Employer and Worker).

- Earlier this, The Ministry of Human Resources said that the party responsible for renewing the work and residence permits after transferring the job service of a expat worker. - The Ministry further clarified that after transferring the job service of an expat worker, the new employer shall bear the renewal of work permit and residence permit and the related fines for delay.





- On the possibility of requesting a job service transfer for the expat worker in the same facility, the beneficiaries can request to submit a service transfer of the expat worker in the same company only twice, if the transfer procedures are not completed in the Jawazat within 15 days.
