Delaying the salary payment to workers is a violation of Law and through this applications one can complaint with the Ministry
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia has set a mechanism for reporting companies non-compliance with the deadlines for salaries.
The Ministry said, delaying the salary payment is a violation of the law and one can submit violation report through the unified application of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. See Also : 3,000 riyals fine per worker on delaying salary from employers
- The mechanism of submitting the report is through the Ministry applications which are available in the following links.
- This came in response to a query received by the Ministry on its Customer Care Twitter account, from one of user on employers failed to deliver their salaries on time.
- The official spokesperson of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Saad Al-Hammad identified the duties of the required companies for workers. He said that every company is supposed to provide first aid in the work environment. Read : Salary deductions without any reason
