18 professions in which it is not allowed to employ Expatriates - Ministry of Human Resources
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia said that the profession of HR (Human Resources) is one of the professions in which it is prohibited to employ expatriates (non-Saudis). Trending : Profession change SMS messages surprise to several expat workers
The executive regulations of Saudi Labor Law and its annexes specify a set of jobs in which it is prohibited to employ non-Saudi nationals (expatriates) and the list includes the following.
* Senior HR Administrator (Chief HR Manager)
* Personnel Manager
* Labor and Workers Affairs Manager
* Personnel Relations Manager
* Personnel Specialist Read : Rights of the worker upon termination of unlimited employment contract
* Personnel Clerk
* Recruitment Clerk
* Staff Writer
* Time Clerk
* Public Receptionist
* Hotel Receptionist
* Patient Receptionist
* Complaints Clerk
* Treasurer
* Private Security Guard
