The General Directorate of Traffic (Moroor) in Saudi Arabia directed parents to not allow the children below the age of 10 years to sit in the front seat of the vehicle, as it is a traffic violation. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Telegram channel
Saudi Moroor advised parents to not danger the life of their children by allowing them to sit in the front seat, there is a designated seat for children below 10 years, which is the back seat.
- The Moroor in Saudi Arabia through its official Twitter handle stated that, "children under the age of 10 years sitting in the front seat put their lives at risk and for their safety, care must be taken to have a designated for them in the back seats, with the obligation to fasten the seat belt". - Earlier this, Saudi Traffic department explained that students sitting in their assigned seat on the school buses contributes to enhancing their safety and reducing traffic accidents.
Saudi Moroor instructions for students for traveling in School buses :
- Saudi Moroor gave several tips for students while traveling on the school bus including,

* Stick to sitting in the designated seat and
* Not to take hand out of the window.
- The Saudi Traffic also said not to rush to board school bus unless it is completely stopped and make sure that road is clear of vehicles before crossing it.
