List of Products and Services excluded from right to Return or Cancel in e-commerce
The Ministry of Commerce in Saudi Arabia revealed the products and services that are excluded from the right to return or cancellation in e-commerce. Recommend : License must to run e-stores or businesses warns Saudi Ministry
The Ministry stated that the products and services that are excluded from return or cancellation include those products manufactured at the consumer's request and products for downloading electronic software, with the exception of defective or non-confirming ones.

- It also includes, products that are subject to damage during the period of permissibility of order cancellation and there is no right to return or cancel in case that a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's poor possession.
- The Ministry of Commerce also included accommodation, transportation or catering services, hotel reservation services, tickets, vehicle rental, transportation, organization of events, or if the contract is held at public auction, as well as products with built-in items that cannot be returned to their original condition after delivery.
