Saudi Arabia is the 3rd Top Destination for Expatriates worldwide

Saudi Arabia has become a worldwide destination for business and investment by attracting 13.5 million expatriates to work in the Kingdom, as per the World Migration Report 2022, released by the United National Organization for Migration.
- According to the report, United States (USA) has been the main country for destination of international migrants since the year 1970. From where the number of foreign-born people residing in the country has more than quadrupled from less than 12 million in 1970 to 50.6 million in 2019. - Germany becomes the second top destination for expatriates, and the country has also observed an increase over the years from 8.9 million in 2000 to 16 million approximately in the year 2020.
- Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia came third top destination country for expatriates with 13.5 million migrants, after which Russia, United Kingdom, France, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Canada became the top destination for migrants, according to a report of Saudi Gazette.
