Walking outdoors in Summer causes Stress and Dehydration of the body
A medical rehabilitation consultant in Saudi Arabia, Dr. Faisal Al-Dahmashi warned against walking in open places during the summer, as it can cause dehydration and stress. Most Viewed : Scientists identify a simple method that can extend human life
During his interview on 120 program of Al-Ekhbariya channel, Al-Dahmashi stated that walking in general brings many benefits to the human body, like preventing and controlling cardiovascular diseases and Blood Pressure, as well as maintaining the body's balance.
- He also added that walking achieves a balance between the muscular and nervous system, highlighting to the recent increase in awareness of the importance of walking and movement, as evidenced by the presence of walking tracks in some malls. - It is recommended to do your walking workouts on the treadmill or an indoor walking track rather than risk and unhealthy heat conditions.
