Saudi Arabia sets the online Umrah visa procedures for Foreign pilgrims
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia has made it easier for foreign pilgrims to select Umrah packages through the online portal Maqam and complete the issuance of visa procedures within a short period of time. Pilgrims can quickly apply and get issued an Umrah visa from all around the world.
1. Those who wish to issue Umrah visa, shall visit the Maqam platform.
2. Select their desired travel agency. Recommend : For your safety, wear a face mask, while you are in Two Holy Mosques
3. Sign up on the website of travel agency of their choice and enter trip details like departure date and airport, number of nights in Makkah and Madina.
4. Select one stop from the two options, Makkah or Madina.
5. For booking a hotel and flight, one can select the hotel of his choice in Makkah and Madina, the transport package and the flight ticket and enter personal details.
6. The pilgrim needs a passport size photograph and a passport with 6 months validity.
7. The pilgrim has to add a payment method by choosing to pay for an Umrah visa, flight ticket and hotel with a credit or debit card.
8. Submit the application. Read : Umrah pilgrims can enter into Saudi Arabia through any of the Kingdom ports
9. Once you finished with the application, now go to Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) website to complete the data and get the Umrah visa.
