20 Years in Prison and 400,000 riyals fine for 4 citizens who forged official documents - Public Prosecution
The Public Prosecution in Saudi Arabia stated that the investigations by the Public Prosecution Office for crimes that affect public confidence have resulted in accusing the criminal formation of 4 Saudi citizens of forging official documents. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Linkedin
The Public Prosecution added that the investigation procedures revealed that the above mentioned people had manufactured documents without origin assigned to a public authority, one of the Kingdom's embassies abroad, including incorrect facts to illegally seize the property of others. - The Prosecution stated that the accused were arrested and referred to the competent court, to demand the penalties prescribed by law, the verdict was issued, including their conviction for what was allotted to them, imprisonment for 20 years, fines amounting to 400,000 riyals and the return of the property to its owners.
