Transport General Authority approves new Identity for vehicles used in motor transport activity
The Transport General Authority (TGA) in Saudi Arabia has announced the adoption of a new identity for vehicles used in the activity of transporting cars and vehicle towing. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Linkedin
The new identity includes the unified color, carrier's name and logo, contact number, license number, operation card number and other data required to be placed on vehicles that operate in the car transport and towing activity in the Kingdom, with the exception of a period of one year for holders of valid operating cards and before the decision comes into effect, which will start from 26th November. - The Public Transport Authority explained that the adoption of the new identity for vehicles operating in the activity of transporting cars and towing vehicles comes with the aim of increase the quality of services provided to beneficiaries and enhancing safety requirements during transport operations.
- The authority highlighted that the new identity will also allow an increase in the organization and governance of the activity and the flight against concealment in it, in a manner that ensures the improvement of the quality and efficiency of these services.
- The Saudi Public Transport Authority called on establishments and individuals working in the activity of transporting cars and towing vehicles to visit the website tga.gov.sa and refer the regulation governing the activity and for more details on it and for inquiries or comments, the authority also provided the possibility of direct communication on 19929.
