Take care of these 4 steps to boost your Child's Immunity and maintain their Health
The Riyadh First Health Cluster of the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia revealed some steps which can help in boosting your child's immunity and maintain his health. Read : Reasons for Vitamin D deficiency in the body
The Riyadh First Health Cluster through its official Twitter handle explained that, the child's immunity can be improved by taking care of the following.
1. Increasing Movement : Improving the child's physical fineness and involving him in sports clubs or championship team or increasing his physical activity at home.
2. Sleep Early : By encouraging and following the sleep pattern to make sure that the child get enough sleep. Recommend : Required ideal sleeping for human body, according to their age
3. Healthy Food : Encourage your child to eat useful meals and foods like vegetables, whole grains and reduce fats and sugars by 10% of his total daily meals.
4. Disease Prevention : It is a factor in enhancing child's immunity, by teaching them the importance of washing hand frequently and following up on vaccinations, recommended for his age group. See Also : Nuts, meat and legumes help in a good sleep
