Heart disease became the most common causes of death in the world, in spite of the fact that, it is often associated with several factors that human may not control like genetic factors, however, it is possible to reduce the risk by maintaining a healthy lifestyle and avoiding harmful food and drinks, according to Sky News Arabia.

1. Sweets : Sweets are high in added sugar, which could help in increasing the risk of heart disease, including obesity, inflammation, high cholesterol and diabetes. 3. Fried Foods : Several studies linked use of fried foods like potatoes, chicken and fried snacks, with poorer heart health. Frying food may increase bad cholesterol and lower the good part.
