An expert in labor regulations in Saudi Arabia, Nawaf Al-Ayed revealed that the rights of women provided to them in the work environment in the Kingdom. See Also : Employer does not have a right to dismiss working woman, while she is on maternity leave







During an interview with Al-Ayed in Ya Hala program on Gulf Rotana channel, he said that women in the work place have many rights in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- The labor regulations specialist stated that, the employer is also obligated to provide a nursery, if he has more than 50 women workers in the company, who have children of below 6 years of age.





- Al-Ayed said that, there is no discrimination in regard of employment between male and female workers, pointing out that the rights of workers aim at their comfort to advance the work required for them.
