Three conditions for allowing the import of Animals from outside Saudi Arabia
The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) in Saudi Arabia responded to an inquiry regarding the conditions that must be met in order to allow the import of animals from abroad and their entry from the Kingdom ports. Trending : Importing Christmas trees in Saudi Arabia is prohibited
The ZATCA authority set a number of conditions to allow the import of animals into Saudi Arabia, to complete the animal entry process, the conditions below must met.
* A birth certificate of the animal.
* A certificate of safety from epidemic diseases. Recommend : List of prohibited items from bringing into Saudi Arabia
* Importer must obtain a approval from the Animal Quarantine Division of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture.
