During an interview of Saad Al-Hammad on Al-Ekhbariya channel, he said that, employment contract can be modified after documenting it on the Qiwa platform, after both the parties agree to it.

- He continued and said, Qiwa platform is defined by flexibility and the possibility of amending the contract, but subject to the approval of two parties, employer and worker, then after that the modification will take place directly. What is Qiwa platform, what's its use?

- Qiwa is a platform from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, with the unified services of Saudi Labor Law, including a contract documentation and management service to address the problem of drafting, managing and documenting the work contract online, which is the common link between the companies and workers, in an effort to preserve the rights of workers and companies.
