Saudi Arabia eases Visa procedures for Turkish citizens to go to Makkah and Madina
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia launched a package of facilities for Turkish citizens those visiting Makkah and Madina, by providing a number of options for issuing entry visas to the Kingdom with ease, smoothness and comfort. Related : Saudi Arabia to welcome more tourists than before
This came from the Ministry of Tourism during the promotional meeting that held in Istanbul, as Turkish nationals can come to Saudi Arabia by issuing a tourist visa, through the Saudi Embassy or Consulate in Turkey. Coordination can be made to issue it within 48 hours through Tourism and travel offices approved in Turkey and listed on Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.
- The Saudi Tourism Authority explained that residents of USA, UK and European Union countries, or holders of United States, United Kingdom and Schengen Visas can obtain a visa upon arrival at international airports of Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Madina.
- The Nusuk platform launched by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with Saudi Tourism Authority, through it, a page was dedicated to the holders of Turkish citizenship. A number of services and facilities that allow the visitor to issued an Umrah visa, by purchasing one of the available programs at Visa.mofa.gov.sa.
- The Unified National Platform for visas at MOFA, also allows Saudi nationals to issue a personal visit visa for their friends and also allows citizens and residents wishing to host their relatives, issuance of family visit visa.
- The Kingdom continues its efforts to provide all facilities to those visiting Makkah and Madina, through various services, options and not possible facilities, to make sure the provision of a spiritual, enjoyable and smooth experience, said the CEO and member of Board of Directors of Saudi Tourism Authority and general supervisor of Nusuk, Fahd Hamid Al-Din.
- He expressed his happiness with the results of the promotional meeting that held in Istanbul with more than 50 partners of Saudi Tourism sector. It included a number of government agencies and tourist destinations. In addition to a number of major companies operating in the Tourism sector, including airlines, hotels and tour operators.
