As the viral video shows the two violators knowingly running over a person with their vehicle and stealing his personal belongings.

They were arrested in preparation of completing the investigation procedures against them and referring them to the competent court with a demand of severe penalties in this regard.

- The source at the Public Prosecution highlighted that these acts are among the major crimes that requires arrest, stating that the judicial protection of infallible souls, ensuring the tranquility and reassurance of members of society and that violating this aspect requires strict criminal accountability.
