The authority added that, it has made clear by warning signs and dirt berms along the borders and to avoid the border areas while visiting natural areas.

- The Directorate confirmed that those whoever crosses the warning signs towards to the prohibited land border area will expose themselves for the penalties specified in the Border Security Law and its implementing regulations. - The law stipulated penalties for such violators, which is up to 30 months in prison and a fine of up to 25,000 riyals, or both, depending on the severity of the violation.





- All hikers and the visitors to the wild areas along the borders were warned by the General Directorate of Border Guard to comply with the regulations and directives of the Kingdom, highlighting that, it will not tolerate arresting violators and refer them to the competent authorities.
