MOH educates fasting people on importance of Drinking enough water
The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia launched an awareness campaign under the title "Ramadan Key", with the aim of educating fasting people to follow proper healthy behaviors and avoid harmful behaviors.

- The Ministry of Health underlined how to deal with dehydration by publishing an infographic on its official Twitter handle, which includes a hypothetical Ramadan message addressed to the community, which said.
* Drink 2 liters (equivalent to 6 to 8 glasses) of water between Iftar and Suhoor.
* Add liquids to your meal, like soup.

- The Saudi Health Ministry added that, drinking small amounts of water slows down the metabolism, which leads to weight gain.
