According to the Ministry, when collecting bags from the airport, it is best to avoid carrying heavy bags, handling other people's bags, crowding around traffic, using carts intended for bags, paying attention to other people, and asking for help when needed. The Ministry highlighted that care centers for Hajj pilgrims operate around-the-clock in 11 different languages and offer services for receiving complaints, communications, guidance, ritual services, and reports of the missing and lost through the branches of King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, Al-Masfalah and Al-Hujun in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Al-Baqi branches and Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madina.
- The Ministry stressed that pilgrims arriving by air can enter in ihram and begin reciting the Talbiyah (Labbaik Allahumma Labbaik, Labbaik La Sharika laka Labbaik, Innal Hamda, Wa in Nyamata, Lakawal mulk, La sharika Labbaik) from within the aircraft when travelling through Miqat skies, and the passengers are made aware of this, according to the airline. Earlier this month, Saudi Airlines announced that, as part of its operational plan for the Hajj season 1444, Flyadeal, Saudi Private Air, and the Saudi Airlines company for Air Transport had allotted more than one million 200,000 seats for the pilgrims, who would be travelling from all over the world to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Hajj.
