Anyone who prepares or oversees a place for Drug use, will face harsh penalties - Saudi Public Prosecution
The Public Prosecution in Saudi Arabia stated that anyone who prepares or oversees a location for the use of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances would face the severe punishments possible. Read : Japan tourist visa is now available for Saudi Expatriates and citizens
Through its official Twitter account, the Public Prosecution administration earlier stated that drugs are a severe problem that endangers security, society, and health.
- The authority also said that under Article 38 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Control Law, the punishment for the criminal is increased if they use a minor or someone who has actual power over them to commit their crime. - The Public Prosecution said that if the offender gives a minor access to a drug, sells it to him, or forces him into using it through any form of seduction or intimidation, the penalty for the offender is also raised.
