7 administrative decisions convicting violators of Hajj regulations
The Seasonal Administrative Committees of the General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) at the entrances of the Holy Capital Makkah issued 7 administrative decisions finding several violators guilty of carrying unauthorized persons for Hajj, until 22nd June 2023 (4th Dhul Hijjah 1444 AH). Trending : More than 160,000 people without Hajj permits turned back from Makkah
The decision includes the following.
1. Imprisonment for up to 6 months.
2. Fine of 50,000 riyals on each violator transferred.
3. Defamation Read : Know the penalty for transporting pilgrims without Hajj permit
4. Deportation of resident expat, after completing the sentence.
5. Preventing them from entering into Kingdom.
6. Ban will be applied as per the periods specified by law.
7. Seizure of the vehicle used for transportation by court order.

- It is highlighted that the Seasonal Administrative Committees at the Jawazat work around the clock to implement immediate penalties against violators of Hajj rules and regulations.
