Internal medicine, diabetes, and endocrinology expert Dr. Walid Al-Bakr in Saudi Arabia listed 8 foods that are good for cholesterol and heart health and suggested to include it in a daily diet. Trending : Foods that improves men's health and infertility
Al-Bakr through his official Twitter handle said that, among the foods that are beneficial for heart health, sugar and cholesterol are
1. Almonds
2. Walnuts
3. Olive oil Read : Benefits of Avocado
4. Black Seed
5. Sesame oil
6. Ginger
7. Turmeric and
8. Fenugreek. Recommend : Animal proteins are better than vegetable proteins
"A medical study from Argentina constituted an analysis of more than 18 recent medical studies, and found that eating almond nuts has a positive effect on reducing total and harmful cholesterol and triglycerides, but does not significantly affect raising beneficial cholesterol," the internal medicine consultant added.

- Al-Bakr added that, Fenugreek consumption has a positive impact on cholesterol indicators because it lowers harmful cholesterol and triglycerides while raising beneficial cholesterol, according to a medical study done in 2020 that included an analysis of more than 14 scientific studies involving more than 500 patients.
