A person was arrested for posting a Video violating Public morals in Saudi Arabia
A person has been arrested by the Al-Khobar Governorate Police in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for sharing a visual content on social media that were objectionable to public morality. Similar : Kuwait takes a legal action against a violator for insulting Saudi Arabia
The Saudi General Security through its official Twitter account reported that, Al-Khobar police had arrested a person for posting sexually explicit and other immoral content on social media, which is against the Anti-Cybercrime Law.

- Yesterday, many Twitter users started a hashtag to demand the arrest of a young man who was seen engaging in immoral behavior in a video posted on the Tik Tok application.
- Earlier, The General Authority for Audiovisual Media summoned a female TikTok user, after she made an appearance on one of the platform's programs and used racist remarks to address one of the hosts. The Saudi Arabian laws governing electronic publishing are violated by this.

- Additionally, the platform user had been featured in visual content that used racist words and phrases and that was widely shared on social media sites.
- According to a report, the offender afterwards issued an apology to her followers on her account.
