The father, Malik Akram, and his four children, "Akram, Maya, Dana, and Dima," lost in the road accident, according to Haitham Khattab, head of the Humanitarian and Accidents Committee at the Al-Nashami Forum, who also said that the mother is in good health, while speaking to Al-Arabiya news.

- The locals in the area, where the accident took place, are said to have hurried to remove them from their vehicles, call for an ambulance, and aid the injured.

Earlier this, Saudi Moroor (General Directorate of Traffic) highlighted 5 important tips to follow before traveling by vehicles during long trips.

1. Check the weather conditions before starting your trip.

2. Get enough sleep before your journey and during breaks.

3. Ensure the quality of spare tire, availability of tools for changing tires, existence of the first aid kit.

5. Inspect the vehicle well before traveling and make sure of its lights, wheels and brake system.

- Make sure the car meets the safety requirements and has all the necessary equipment before you leave on a lengthy trip to improve traffic safety.
