Fixing a Salary is not mentioned in Saudi Labor Law - Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia clarified that fixing a salary is not available or specified in the Saudi Labor Law. Most Viewed : Working Hours as per Saudi Labor Law
The Ministry further stated via the (X) Twitter platform that the labor law does not have any provisions for "fixing or setting the salary," as this is governed by the internal regulations of the company or establishment.
- This was in answer to a beneficiary's inquiry from the Ministry, in which who asked, "Can I file a complaint against my company that did not provide me with a salary fixation?"

- Through the (X) Twitter platform, the Ministry also stated that setting salary and other benefits is subject to the two parties (Employer and Worker) agreement in the employment contract or what is highlighted in the company's internal regulations.
