False claim :
A tweet was posted on social media by a page connected to the UAE, which claimed that "the State of Qatar threatened to stop gas supplies to the world if the bombing of Gaza does not stop."
The report quickly attracted attention, but many who are familiar with Qatar and its diplomatic position raised an eyebrow.
- This report was published by the "Qatar Affairs (Suspended now)" account on X (Twitter) platform, which has since been spreading fake information.
