Qiwa adds new feature allowing Employers to pay workers on a Percentage basis

The Qiwa platform, which is under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has recently added a lot of new features. One of these is adding the "type of salary" feature, when the employer and employee sign the work contract on the platform. With this feature, the employer can set the basic salary, which can be either a fixed minimum salary of 400 Saudi Riyals or any amount based on a certain percentage. The calculation rule icon will describe this percentage by saying that the employee should get 20% of the sales, profits, or work that they do.

- According to Article 2 of the Saudi Labor Law, the basic salary is all the money a worker gets in return for his work, whether he has a written or unwritten employment contract. It doesn't matter what kind of salary it is or how it is paid. It also includes any bonuses that the worker gets from time to time.

- The Qiwa platform has made some changes recently, including adding a column for verifying accounts in two steps to make them safer. The new features are the result of those changes. Most Viewed : Employers in Saudi Arabia must adhere to Wage Protection Program

- One of these changes makes it possible for employers to print a Wage Protection Certificate. This is because system administrators on the Qiwa platform will be able to print the certificate in three steps.

- To do these things, you need to log in to the company's account, select it by going to the business's information or picking the service, then go to the certificates and chose the Wages Protection System Certificate. You can also use the same steps before selecting out the certificate to print out the Nationalization Certificate.

- One new feature is the salary identification column, which you can now see. This lets companies agree to receive salary certificates sent by employees. These certificates have basic details about pay and length of service. It's also possible to find out about the Saudization account every 26 weeks, whether it's an instant or cumulative account.
