New amendments in Application on Drivers who canceled more than 5 trips after accepting it

"Taking into account the provisions of Clause First of Article (Fourth), the licensee may transfer the license from the city in which the license is located to another city after obtaining the approval of the Authority, and registered cars are excluded."
