Fine for Dodging vehicles and for not giving priority to Emergency vehicles


According to the General Directorate of Traffic (Moroor) in Saudi Arabia, speed dodging between cars is a highly dangerous traffic rule that will get people fined between 3,000 and 6,000 riyals. Trending : 14 traffic violations that can lead you to pay 3000 to 6000 riyals



The  Saudi Traffic Department through its X account said that dodging vehicles makes you lose control of your car and can lead to sudden crashes.

- Dodging traffic at high speeds is a serious offense that can get you in trouble with the law and cost you eight logged points on your license.

- At the moment, the biggest fine for speed dodging is SR3000. The punishments also include having your driver's license taken away for up to 30 days and being imprisoned for up to three months.

- When a driver speeds up to get by another car in a risky or careless way, this is called speed dodging. Some examples of this are weaving in and out of traffic, following too close, or passing on the side. Most Viewed : Around 11 million people are working in the private sector of Saudi Arabia

- It's risky to speed dodge because it can cause accidents. People often don't have time to respond to changes in traffic when they speed up to pass another car. This can cause crashes, which can harm or kill people seriously.

- Earlier this week, Saudi Moroor reported that, not giving emergency vehicles the right of way is a traffic violation, and the fine for this violation is between 1,000 and 2,000 riyals.
