The system, which is based on the newest digital technologies, says that people who want to enter the Rawdah Sharif must scan a barcode at an automated gate.

- The agency said that the process for the Rawdah visit must start on the Nusuk platform. The guest will be told in several languages what steps he needs to take to complete the visit in simple steps.

- After making a reservation through the Nusuk app, the visitor will get a message confirming the date. After that, the visitor will be reminded of the schedule 24 hours before the visit and asked to confirm or cancel it. The visitor will not be able to use the barcode for the visit before the time given.

- If a guest gets to the courtyards of the Prophet's Mosque, screens will show him the way to the entrances that are meant for visitors. A trained staff member will greet him and walk him through each step of the visit. Recommend : Ramadan 2024 is expected to start from this date in Saudi Arabia

- Before getting to the Rawdah Sharif, visitors must check their barcodes at the automated gates. They then go to the waiting area and a line to get in. If the visitor's permit is not valid at that time, they will be sent back through the marked areas.

- The Agency of the Prophet's Mosque has set aside a special path for people with special needs. The opening places will be chosen based on how much space the Rawdah Sharif has.

- Electronic screens in several languages have been set up to teach visitors how to behave when they come to the Rawdah Al-Sharifa, and the waiting areas have been fully prepared to make them feel at comfort.

- Visitors will be shown the way to the door of the Rawdah Sharif along organized and standard paths until they reach the place of prayer at the end of their visit time. When the time for visiting is over, people will be shown the way out through the marked exits. Read : Air Taxis to transport pilgrims from Jeddah to Makkah soon

- Advanced digital systems with smart cameras and sensors will also be used for follow-up. These systems will keep track of the pattern of entry and exit and know how many guests there are by using interactive thermal and geographical maps.

- The joint control rooms will be in charge of both the crowd control and the digital systems. They will bring together everyone who needs to be involved to register guests and work together directly. If there are too many people, it will come up with quick answers right away, and it will keep sending out reports so that the services keep getting better.
