Saudi Arabia to penalize 1 Million riyals for Hiring foreigners without Jobs

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia intends to make it a crime under a proposed plan it released for public comment online. The plan calls for fines of between 200,000 riyals to a maximum of 1 million riyals for the practice of hiring foreign nationals without a job offer in place.
The person responsible will also be deported from the country, if he is a foreign national.
