Saudi Arabia have taken Action against 25 labor recruitment offices on violations
Legal action has been taken by Saudi authorities against 25 domestic labor recruitment offices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a variety of violations. Similar : Saudi Arabia reduces domestic workers recruitment fees for 6 nations
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development of Saudi Arabia said that 21 domestic labor recruitment agencies have had their licenses cancelled due to a lack of compliance with relevant regulations.
- The ministry provided an explanation for the license removal, stating that the offices in question had been found to have engaged in illegal labor recruiting, failed to pay clients proper compensation and paid recruitment charges outside of an approved platform.

- The Saudi labor ministry has recently attempted to control the Saudi domestic labor market.
- The domestic worker's rights and responsibilities, as well as related services like as visa issuance, recruitment requests, and the employer-worker contract, can be better understood through Musaned, a platform overseen by the Ministry of Human Resources.
- The Musaned must be used for contracts, according to the government, since it is the official recruitment platform.

- The rules make it clear that every debt owed to the employee or the family members of the employee are first-degree debts.
- In the absence of a specified length or fixed duration in the contract, the contract will be automatically renewing for a period of one year beginning from the date the worker performing his job.
