Job transfer, exit/reentry, and final exit flexibility are the initiative's most notable features. The rate of labor disputes reduced by half (50%) after the campaign was launched, according to the Ministry, as reported by Okaz/Saudi Gazette.
- This program is an extension of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which is the National Transformation Program 2020. The effort made it possible to revise the regulations and provisions of the Labor Law with the goal of strengthening the contractual relationship between employees and their employers.
- Improving the procedures of exit, reentry, and final exit, the project allows employment movement for expatriates. This increases the labor market's attractiveness, competitiveness, and attraction to highly skilled expatriate workers.
- To be eligible for the initiative to enhance the contractual relationship, an expatriate worker must meet certain requirements. These include being on the payroll and having no other requests to transfer their service to another employer. Join Saudi Expatriates channel on Facebook

- The Ministry has made an announcement regarding their Amicable Settlement Initiative, which aims to improve the way labor issues are resolved. The initiative uses mediation to bring parties perspectives closer together, resolve disputes, and try to reach a mutually agreeable solution.
- If that fails, the case is referred to the labor court through an integrated electronic system within 21 days of the first session. The training of amicable resolution personnel was completed across the entire Kingdom. As a result, a significant increase in the percentage of cases resolved amicably, without involving the judiciary, was witnessed. The rate of reconciliation in this process reached 77%.
