MOI launches Digital ID service for Hajj pilgrims


For this year's Hajj pilgrims, who are traveling to the Kingdom from all over the globe, the Ministry of Interior launched a digital identity service. Trending : Saudi Arabia to receive Hajj pilgrims from 6 Airports



Launching this service is a step toward the Kingdom's Vision 2030 objectives of using technology to better serve Pilgrims and benefiting from digital transformation.

- According to the ministry, a digital ID for pilgrims was created in partnership with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
