According to the authority, permit holders are required to cancel their permits well in advance of their scheduled appointment times if they are unable to visit Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif at that time. - The Rawdah Al-Sharif has a 10 minutes prayer time limit as per the guidelines, this is to give chance of using it for everyone. Please ensure that you arrive at the designated location 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time after reserving the permit. Additionally, please confirm that the permit holder will be present within the Haram premises thirty minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time.
