Visit Visa holders are not permitted to enter or stay in Makkah during Hajj season

A visit visa or Umrah visa does not grant permission for performing Hajj, according to the Ministry. During the mentioned period, visitors in Saudi Arabia on visit visas should not go to or stay in Makkah in order to avoid fines specified under Saudi laws.
- Embarking on the Hajj pilgrimage without a Hajj visa or permit, prohibits you from participating in the rituals for the current and future years. Transporting or providing shelter to individuals who violate Hajj regulations is also considered as legal violations and are subject to enforcement.
