The procedures to obtain this service have been set down by the ministry. To issue a dependents permit, users must first log into the Ajeer platform, then choose the Ajeer Dependents Service, fill out and submit the contract.

These include having a current commercial registration, not being restricted, being registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and not being categorized within the red category in the Nitaqat system.
The aim of this service is to ensure that dependents can work in Saudi Arabia within the bounds of legal economic activity and in accordance with the rules and regulations set out by the Saudi Labor Law and other government agencies, all without having to have their sponsorship transferred.
