Conditions to issue Final Exit visa in Saudi Arabia
The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia responded to a question from a resident received on its official X account, which asked, "Peace be upon you, Is a valid iqama required to issue the final exit visa?" Read : Saudi Arabia proposes 5 cities to host FIFA World Cup 2034
The Saudi Jawazat explained on its X platform website that a resident's valid Iqama or ID is required to issue a final exit visa, as specified in the instructions.
What is Final Exit visa in Saudi Arabia?
Expatriates living in Saudi Arabia can permanently depart from the Kingdom with the Final Exit Visa, which is also called Khurooj Nihai. It facilitates your return to Saudi Arabia with a new visa and guarantees that your company offers you permission to go permanently.
Final Exit visa conditions:
The Passports Department clarified that in order for a person to be able to issue a final exit visa, the validity duration of their passport must not be less than 60 days.
Payments of any traffic violations committed by the individual, to who the permit is to be issued, or for the worker and employer. Recommend : Saudi Arabia now permits Expat dependents to work in these sectors
At the time of final exit visa issuance, the applicant must be physically present in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The individual for whom the visa is to be issued must not have a vehicle registered in his name when the final exit visa is issued.
The applicant's passport must have a minimum of three months of remaining validity in order to go on exit re-entry visa.
The iqama or residence permit of the individual must be valid, for whom the final exit visa is to be issued.
