The Grand Mosque's Mas'a, Mataf, and rooftop areas are served by golf carts operated by the Authority's Transportation Services Department. These carts, which can accommodate both regular and electric options, are connected through the "Tanqul" app and run according to carefully designed strategies that oversee the organization of cart drivers' duties and the increased frequency of periodic sterilization operations. Additionally, the Authority has introduced a new service to assist the elderly and those with disabilities in moving around the pilgrimage site, and the administration is responsible for operating and maintaining the golf carts and cars used for this purpose. Located atop the Mataf region, the service comprises the provision of fifty golf carts.

Golf carts with seats that are accessible for the elderly and individuals with disabilities are provided by the service, while the Transportation Department is responsible for conducting field follow-up to guarantee that the drivers follow the instructions and maintain price control at all times, according to the shift system, in line with the highest performance and quality standards.
