How to Cancel final exit visa :
The clarification of the “Passports” came within the framework of its interaction with an inquiry from one of the beneficiaries that it received through its official account on the “X” platform, which stated, Can the worker cancel the final exit visa and transfer his sponsorship without the permission of his first sponsor?
The Passports Department responded as follows, “Peace be upon you. Cancellation is done through the Absher Business or Resident platform of the employer, and the validity of the Resident Permit (Iqama) is required in order to be able to complete the procedure. Conditions of renewing Iqama to issue Final Exit Visa :
- Payment of iqama fees for the required period and late fee, if any.
- There must not be unpaid traffic violations registered against the specified beneficiary.
- Validity of the specified beneficiary's passport.
- The specified beneficiary must not be registered as absent from work or huroob.

- Provide the fingerprint and photo of the specified beneficiary and family member (over 6 years old) registered in the system.
