Illegal Expats children can attend schools for Free in Saudi Arabia
Children of expatriates living in Saudi Arabia illegally can now enroll in schools for the next academic year, as long as their fingerprints are registered with the Ministry of Interior, according to the kingdom's announcement. Thanks to the new policy, these kids would not have to worry about paying the fee to go to school, as it is free of charge.

Earlier this, the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia has relaxed its admission requirements so that students from Syria and Yemen who are on visit visas can enroll in local institutions.
The Ministry of Education has recently streamlined its regulations across different levels of education in response to an increase in inquiries regarding admission and transfer procedures for the current academic year. This adjustment is a result of that rush.
In order to facilitate seamless transfers between educational systems, the Pathways System's Equivalency and Transfers Guide, which is part of the system for secondary students, will now govern transfers.

Furthermore, the circular detailed procedures for dealing with children from various origins who are currently residents of the Kingdom. Some examples of this include children born to Saudi mothers and non-Saudi fathers, as well as children whose parents are Saudi nationals but who encounter bureaucratic hurdles when trying to have their names added to family records.
The Ministry of Interior has documented and fingerprinted children from families that were previously living in the Kingdom without legal status, and the Ministry also continues to facilitate their educational integration. Based on capacity, these children can attend public schools. Alternatively, they can choose private schools, but they must first validate their status through one of the Kingdom's digital portals, Tawakkalna or Absher.
