Prince Faisal applauded Brazil’s initiatives to strengthen global collaboration, remarking, "The occurrence of our meeting alongside the United Nations General Assembly highlights the significance of the G20 in safeguarding the global economy, promoting multilateral cooperation, and discovering innovative solutions to shared challenges."

Prince Faisal cautioned that extending the conflict worsens Palestinian suffering, threatens international peace, and reduces the chances of achieving complete peace in the region.

A Saudi official promoted the necessity of reforming the United Nations system, especially the Security Council, to more effectively address crises and adapt to global transformations and development requirements. He stated that reforming the Security Council would improve its credibility and effectiveness in addressing modern challenges.

In his address, Prince Faisal underscored the Kingdom’s dedication to improving the efficiency of multilateral development banks and reinforcing the legitimacy of the international financial and trade systems through G20 collaboration.

He concluded by reaffirming Saudi Arabia’s commitment to collaborative efforts within the G20, highlighting that their partnership has been crucial in tackling global economic challenges and encouraging a fair and sustainable future. Support Saudi Expatriates by Like and Follow on Facebook
