The violations included selling the services of their domestic workers to outside parties, letting them work independently, and giving them tasks which was not previously agreed. Because of this, the violations were penalized with fines and their recruitment rights were revoked.

The Ministry has decided to suspend the licenses of 25 recruitment offices. This is because these offices have not followed the rules of providing labor services and recruiting, such as returning client funds or resolving employer complaints.

At the same time, the Ministry decided to revoke the licenses of 11 recruitment offices for failing to meet the minimal performance standards set out in the recruitment rules, as well as for repeatedly breaking and failing to rectify various articles of those rules. The Ministry highlighted that these actions were part of a larger effort to keep an eye on the recruitment industry, make sure that the regulations and systems governing recruitment and labor services are being followed, protect employers rights, and advance the sector through the "Musaned" platform.

As a whole, our aim is to strengthen the recruitment sector and provide high-quality services, make it easier for people to get the help they need, and improve the services we offer. We are also working to establish a system to deal with disagreements and complaints that may arise in our contractual relationships.

Anyone who suspects wrongdoing in the recruiting sector is urged by the Ministry to contact the Musaned hotline at "920002866" or use the Musaned app on their mobile device. Join Saudi Expatriates channel on Instagram
