Procedure to issue Final Exit for a Worker after the death of the Sponsor
The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia revealed how to issue a final exit (Khurooj Nihai) visa for a worker case of the death of his sponsor, as it specified the necessary procedures and conditions for issuing a final exit visa. Responding to an inquiry from one of the user on "How to issue a final exit visa after the death of the employer?", Jawazat said that, this procedure is possible on visiting Passports Department by one of the legal representative, heir's waiving their rights and bringing the inheritance limitation deed.
Conditions for issuing Final Exit Visa, as specified by Jawazat include the following.
* Payment of Visa fee.
* Payment to fall traffic violations for the individual to whom the permit is to be issued or the worker and the employer.
* The presence of the Individual in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to whom the visa is to be issued.
* Passport of the individual must be valid for at least 60 days, at the time of issuing Khurooj Nihai visa. Recommend : Final exit visa after iqama expiry
* The iqama or residence permit of the applicant to whom the visa is issued must be valid.
* No vehicle must be registered on his name, at the time of issuing final exit visa.
* Presence of Biometric in Jawazat systems, for all who are of 15 years of age or above.
Procedure to issue Final Exit Visa :
1. Login to the Muqeem portal.
2. Go to Electronic Transactions (e-Transactions).

4. Click on Issue Final Exit Visa.
5. Enter the OTP received.
6. Enter the data of the resident to whom final exit visa is issuing.
7. Confirm the details of the resident in the next page, Click OK.
