Legal action will be carried out against the responsible businesses as soon as this decision goes into effect, in line with the requirements of the severe legislation related to municipal violations, as per the ministerial decision.
Using these marks and emblems for commercial purposes might result in penalties for any company that does not comply with the requirements.
Businesses will have 90 days from the date of publication in the official gazette before the punitive measures take effect, allowing them to adjust to the decision's requirements. Recommend : Fine for illegal camping in Saudi Arabia
